Shipping Policy

Everything in this store is made to order, so there are two parts to how long your order takes: the time to make it, and the time to ship it.

Production

Production takes 13 to 15 business days from payment, including the time it takes your order to reach our production partner. You will get an email when it starts and another when your parcel ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays.

Where we ship

We ship within Canada only, to every province and territory. We do not ship to the United States or internationally, and we cannot ship to a post office box.

What it costs

Shipping is priced by the total weight of your order and where it is going in Canada. The exact amount, and the delivery window for your address, appear at checkout as soon as you choose your province, before you pay. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.

Total time

Add production to transit. An Ontario order usually takes 15 to 20 business days from payment to your door, and a few days more elsewhere in Canada. The window on your order page is the one quoted when you paid.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with a courier that serves your address, such as ICS or UPS. When the parcel goes out you will get an email with the carrier and a tracking link, and the same link appears on your order page.

If a parcel is late, lost or damaged

Tracking sometimes stops updating for a few days without anything being wrong. If your parcel is more than five business days past the end of its delivery window, write to us at orders@alphamarketingintl.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.

A parcel the carrier confirms as lost is remade and reshipped at no cost to you. A parcel that arrives damaged is replaced — photograph it before you unpack further and send us the photographs.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you gave at checkout. Please check it on your confirmation page; if it is wrong, tell us before production finishes and we will correct it. A parcel returned to us because the address was incorrect can be reshipped once you pay shipping again.

Duties and taxes

There are none: we ship domestically and Canadian tax is charged at checkout.
